1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Globe SIM card through this portal, you confirm that you are a foreign national residing in the Philippines, at least 18 years of age, and possess valid government-issued identification. Your use of this service constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Eligible applicants must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information, including but not limited to: passport number, visa type and validity, current Philippine address, and contact details. Globe reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate registration without prior notice if false or incomplete information is submitted.

3. SIM Card Usage & Compliance

The registered Globe SIM card is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws, including the SIM Registration Act (Republic Act No. 11934), and to promptly update your registration details if any information changes. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or use of the SIM for illegal activities will result in immediate deactivation and potential legal action.

4. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify Globe immediately at support@foreigners.theglobesimregistration.ph if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

Globe Telecom, Inc. makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the registration portal. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, except as required by law.

6. Amendments & Governing Law

Globe reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting at https://foreigners.theglobesimregistration.ph/terms-conditions. Continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
